Get it if

You already stream and you are still alt-tabbing to change a scene.
You want to mark clips while playing. One key is the difference between finding a moment later and losing it.

You have not streamed yet. Get the capture path working first, then buy the thing that makes it faster.
You only capture single-player clips. The share button on the controller already does that for free.
