WD_BLACK SN850P 2TB
An officially licensed PS5 drive with the heatsink already fitted, so there is no compatibility guesswork.
Not tested by usPS5
Get it if
- Your PS5 is full and you would rather not compare heatsink heights against Sony's spec sheet.
- You want the install to be one screw and a firmware prompt.
Skip it if
- You are comfortable buying a bare Gen4 drive and a $10 heatsink — that route is meaningfully cheaper for the same performance.
- You are on Xbox, where internal drives cannot be replaced at all.
